Facebook Ads Refund Policy

At Ongshon Digital, we strive to provide the best results through our Facebook advertising services. However, we understand that certain situations may require a refund. Please review our refund policy carefully before proceeding with our services.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Ad Spend Refund:
    • If a refund is applicable, clients will receive only the unused ad spend amount (dollar cost), not the service/management fee.
    • The refund will be based on the remaining balance in the Facebook Ads account after deducting the amount already spent on running ads.
  2. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Our service/management fees are non-refundable.
    • Any refund requests after the ad campaign has been fully executed will not be entertained.

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to ongshon360@gmail.com
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after approval.
  • The refunded amount will be sent through the original payment method or any agreed alternative.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel an ongoing campaign, we will refund the remaining ad balance (dollar cost), but service fees will still apply.

Important Notes

  • Ongshon Digital is not responsible for any changes in Facebook’s policies affecting ad performance or account suspensions.
  • Refunds will not be granted due to dissatisfaction with ad performance since results depend on multiple factors like audience behavior, competition, and market conditions.
